Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows:
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (a "no-show") will result in a 100% charge of the full appointment fee.​
